We buy British meat only as it's important to us to ensure the high welfare standards of the meat we serve you. We take pride in ensuring that our menu is varied with both high end delectable dishes, old English pub favourites and we regularly update our menu with seasonal favourites. During the shooting season we offer pheasant, partridge and Game dishes, all provided by the local shoot. When available, the lamb and mutton are provided by the sheep grazing the local grasslands also.
